Detroit Vagabond Kings were an American professional basketball team that played in the National Basketball League during the first month of the 1948–49 season. After starting the season with a 2–17 record, the team disbanded on December 17, 1948. When the Dayton Rens were invited into the NBL in January 1949, they replaced Detroit and assumed their season record.
