Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn will travel to Colorado this week for a second interview for the Denver Broncos’ head coach position, according to a report from KUSA-TV’s Mike Klis. - Quinn has been considered the favorite to replace Vic Fangio given his previous experience with general manager George Paton. Quinn served as the Miami Dolphins’ defensive line coach from 2005-2006 when Paton was Miami’s director of pro personnel. - Quinn is now one of three finalists for Denver’s opening, and he’s the only candidate the Broncos interviewed who has experience as a head coach. - Quinn isn’t the only candidate to get a second interview — Denver completed a second interview with Green Bay Packers Nathaniel Hackett on Monday (Quinn interviewed for the New York Giants’ job on Monday). - Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell is also a finalist for the Broncos’ head coach job, but he will not be available for a potential interview until after L.A.’s NFC championship game this weekend. - - List - - 7 key dates for Broncos fans to know this offseason - - - - - - - Follow the Broncos Wire Podcast: - Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Google Podcasts - - - List - - Broncos' 2022 schedule of opponents now known - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Email - - - - - Sign up - - - - - - - - Like this article? - Sign up for the Broncos Wire email newsletter to get our top stories in your inbox every morning - - - - An error has occured - - - Please re-enter your email address. - - - - - - Thanks for signing up! - - - You'll now receive the top Broncos Wire stories each day directly in your inbox.
