Covenent Nationals team represented South Philadelphia until December 21, 1903 with a record of 2-5. On December 28, 1903, the National AC took over the franchise and compiled a 2-4 record before relinquishing the franchise on January 17, 1904 to Conshohocken, from the defunct National Basketball league. Conshohocken compiled a 6-8-1 record.

Camden Electrics are considered the champions, since they occupied first place when the league disbanded on January 3, 1904. Tie games did occasionally occur, but are not shown in the standings.
